Douglas Hill is Professor of Horn at the University of  Wisconsin-Madison and Emily Mead Baldwin Bascom Professor in the  Creative Arts. Besides being a current member of the Wisconsin Brass,  he has played solo horn with the Rochester Philharmonic, New York City  Ballet, Contemporary Chamber Ensemble, Aspen Festival Orchestra, Henry  Mancini Orchestra, in addition to the Madison Symphony. He has worked  with the Spoleto Festival Brass Quintet, the Wingra Woodwind Quintet  and the American and New York Brass Quintets.
